Fruit from seven different vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley’s Los Olivos are blended to create this supple and spicy Rhône-style wine. Flavors of raspberry, pepper, and black olive lead to a long finish that attests to Doug Margerum’s unerring skill.

This is a co-fermentation of grapes from five vineyards for 60 days. A wine with super fine tannins and wonderful spicy and berry character. Grilled meat and fruit. So long and intense. Goes on for ages. Didn't make it in 2009 or 2010. Hard not to drink now. Score: 94
