Production is down 15% - there was a frost. It is all stainless steel fermented and 12% is barrel aged in neutral barrels. Another low alcohol, high acid, crafted to eat with shellfish stunner from this superb vineyard. Subtle hints of apple pie, cinnamon and nutmeg in a racy, taut package that demands food.
